Happy Week 4!
I wanted to share with you an amazing podcast that a classmate recommended to me on Spotify called, Navigating Law School Admissions with Miriam & Kristi. Miriam Ingber is an Associate Dean for Admissions for Yale Law School, and Kristi Jobson is an Assistant Dean for Admissions for Harvard Law School. They both came together and made an amazing podcast that consists of different episodes, each describing what they look for when they review LS applications, and their recommendations for having a strong application. From what to put in your personal statement, to what they look for in the recommendation letters, etc they cover it all!
Both Miriam and Kristi have joined PLTS for Q&A events on the application process for applying to Yale and Harvard LS, and LS in general which were super helpful! Listening to podcasts is a great way to leisurely learn new information that could be very useful. Tuning into podcasts like Miriam and Kristi’s gives you the flexibility of learning about the law school application process from experts from admissions that will likely be reading your own application if you chose to apply to those amazing schools without feeling/getting overwhelmed. By listening to their podcast I can honestly say that I feel way more confident and hopeful about applying to these prestigious schools! Check them out !!
