MENTORSHIP
PLTS's Mentorship Program is a great opportunity for students to form meaningful connections with their mentors, who are current PLTS Executive Board members, alumni, or industry leaders. Mentees will matched with a mentor to assist them with academic guidance, career advice, and personal development.

A successful mentor-mentee relationship is professional and requires balance, empathy, and respect. There may be times when both the mentor and the mentee will have to set boundaries in order to establish and maintain a healthy mentor-mentee relationship.
